I was up all night again.
I decided I'm just gonna do sweet little ink portraits :] It's Coolio, Slug, [the MC for Atmposhere] and Lupe Fiasco. I picked Coolio because he was just fun to draw, then Slug and Lupe because I dig their tunes, a lot. I ended up using them for an open assignment for my illustration class, so I turned my drawing of Slug into a magazine spread.

oh hayyyy

We had another open assignment in Illustration which rulz. I based this one off a doodle for a character sketch and just re-designed her to make the composition a little less crazy. Over all I'm pretty happy with it, its more stylized that what I usually do and honestly, I might do more of it.

sleep patterns

My sleep patterns are all jacked up because I do two things: I procrastinate and stay up all night doing things that aren't really for class. While doing work outside of class keeps me sane, it's also been keeping me up until ridiculous hours when I don't really have to. Whatever, it rulzzzzz.

Pastels

I haven't done pastels in a while so I decided I was going to do some decent sized figures studies. This is the first of a series of 4 drawings of Erin.

Book cover and sample

I made a book cover for "The Strange Case of Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde" and before it a little sample of how I wanted to execute it.
